“Tom has been involved in sport for the past five years, having worked with professional sports teams, Olympic training teams and University teams. He has a First Class Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Science and a Masters of Science in Strength and Conditioning, which he gained 2015.
Tom has been supporting a number of training requirements including professional athletes. This has included Tom heading up the strength and conditioning programme for nationally ranked junior Tennis players in Warwickshire. He is now currently carrying out an internship with Imperial College supporting the strength and conditioning programme for various sports teams.
A sporting background has seen Tom compete competitively in various forms of combat sports, mainly Boxing and Kickboxing. He gained his Black Belt in Kickboxing at the age of 16 and has competed across the UK.”
I’ve been going to the gym since I was about 15, picking up anything heavy I saw, with absolutely no idea what I was doing. I then began to research as much information about the human body and how it responds to training as I could, then I ended up going to university to study exactly that.
