Our DNAfit tests have a use for everyone, whether you want to learn more about yourself to optimise for your training, see what types of foods your body processes well, if your body is lacking in any vitamins or minerals or if you have sensitivity to caffeine etc.
There are two core parts to our DNAfit test: nutritional and fitness. The test will establish if you have a sensitivity to certain food groups such as carbohydrates or saturated fats which will allow us to recommend the ideal diet to ensure you are healthy and have good energy levels. We can also ascertain if you have any intolerance to gluten or to dairy.
This test has become very popular with professional athletes as it provides a specific understanding of your response to various types of training i.e. endurance or power. We can also establish see if you have a fast recovery time, if you have a high probability of injury and what your fitness potential is.
